Standard costs $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and is free at $50 or more. Expedited costs $7.99. All amounts are USD.

Processing is 5–10 business days, then standard transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Add both: 15–25 business days total, subject to delays described in Shipping.

No unconfirmed date is guaranteed. Ask support about the current transit estimate before choosing it; processing still applies.

Check the actual connection or thread standard first. Where a necessary measurement is missing, email us before purchase. Appearance does not establish compatibility.

The garden collection uses AI-generated illustrations. Plants, pots and background objects are styling only. Images do not verify material, dimensions, performance or included accessories.

Email promptly with your order number. We check the status and cannot guarantee changes once preparation or dispatch has progressed.

Email service@freshvist.com within 30 days after receipt. Wait for instructions before posting. The default return address is our company address in Changsha, China.

The buyer pays for personal-preference returns. Contact us for assessment of damaged, defective or incorrect items; applicable consumer rights remain protected.

We inspect the received return and process an approved refund within 10 business days of receipt to the original payment method. Bank posting may take longer.

No fixed unattended duration is promised. Test the actual accessory while you can observe the plant and continue checking soil, stability and drainage.
