Information We Receive

You provide names, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order details, account information, support messages and marketing preferences when using the store. Payment providers process payment information; do not email card numbers or passwords. Shopify and service providers also process device, browser, network and cookie identifiers, page interactions and transaction signals. We receive relevant information from payment, delivery and technology partners to service orders and protect the store.

How We Use It

We use information to provide the store, accounts and checkout; process and deliver orders; handle returns and support; communicate about transactions; maintain legal and accounting records; prevent fraud and secure the service. Subject to applicable choices, we may analyze store performance and improve services. Marketing is sent if you subscribe or another lawful basis permits it. Where a legal basis is required, we rely as appropriate on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security, or consent. Withdrawal of consent applies to future processing without affecting prior lawful processing.

Service Providers & Disclosure

Relevant information is disclosed to Shopify, payment processors, carriers, fulfillment and technology providers as needed to operate the store and your order. We may disclose information at your direction, as legally required, to protect rights or prevent fraud, or in a lawful business transfer. Shopify may process information for its own purposes under its Consumer Privacy Policy. Independent services have their own notices. We do not assert an unverified advertising pixel or historical data sale. If sharing for targeted advertising or a legally defined sale occurs, applicable opt-out rights remain available.

Essential cookies support security, cart and preferences. Optional analytics and marketing processing depends on configuration and applicable consent. Retention, Transfers & Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, including legal, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute requirements; the period depends on the record type. We and providers may process information in China and other countries with different privacy rules. Where required, recognized contractual or other transfer safeguards apply. Reasonable security measures are used, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Rights & Requests

Depending on location and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy, portability, restriction, consent withdrawal or an opt-out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. Email service@freshvist.com. We may request proportionate identity verification and evidence of an authorized agent's authority. We respond within applicable legal periods and explain exceptions. We do not discriminate for exercising protected rights. Reply to request review or appeal where applicable; you may also complain to the relevant regulator.

Children & Updates

The store is intended for adult shoppers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit children's information. A parent or guardian who believes information was provided should contact us for review and deletion where appropriate. We update this notice and its effective date as practices change and provide additional notice where required.
