Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you browse and shop with Freshvist.

Effective October 28, 2026.

Our Business

Freshvist at freshvist.com is operated by Changsha Chengdao E-commerce Co., Ltd.. Owner: Wan Haiping. Our company address and support details appear below.

Use of the Store

Use the store lawfully, provide accurate order details and have legal capacity or appropriate authorization for a transaction. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with services, introduce malicious code or infringe others' rights. Keep credentials private and tell us about suspected unauthorized use.

Products & Images

Read the written description and ask about unlisted specifications before purchase. Garden images are AI-generated illustrations; styling props are not included. Images do not verify physical dimensions, materials, certifications, performance or fitting compatibility. Screen colors may vary. We aim for clear information and will address material errors; this clause does not excuse goods that fail applicable contractual or statutory requirements.

Prices, Payment & Orders

Prices are in USD. Checkout shows delivery charges and applicable taxes before payment. Payment methods available are displayed at checkout. A cart does not reserve stock. Order receipt acknowledges your request; availability, errors, payment verification or fulfillment may require contact. If we cannot fulfill an order, we explain and refund payment for cancelled goods. We do not impose an undisclosed price increase after an order without your agreement.

Changes, Delivery & Returns

Email promptly for a change or cancellation. Requests depend on preparation and dispatch status. Our Shipping Policy states rates and separate processing and transit periods. Our Return Policy describes requests and remedies. Delivery estimates do not remove rights when an order is late.

Tool Use

Check actual instructions and compatibility. Keep pressure and water away from people, pets and electricity. Turn off the supply before changing fittings. Store tools safely, protect fragile items and supervise children's access. Plant needs vary; no accessory guarantees plant survival, water savings or a fixed unattended duration without explicit supporting information.

Content, Third Parties & Availability

Branding and original content are protected under applicable intellectual-property rules. Personal shopping use does not grant commercial reproduction rights. Independent services and links have their own terms and control their content; Shopify supplies the commerce platform. We take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted access or the absence of all technical errors.

Responsibility & Consumer Protections

To the extent law permits, responsibility for indirect losses is limited as appropriate to the circumstances. Nothing excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, liability that cannot be excluded, mandatory goods remedies or non-waivable consumer and privacy rights.

Privacy, Law & Disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes before competent courts at the company location, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Non-waivable protections and rights to local courts in your place of habitual residence remain in force. Contact us first to seek a resolution.

Updates

We may publish revisions for future use and orders with an updated date. Revisions do not retrospectively remove existing order rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent lawful. Send questions to service@freshvist.com.
